Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large fiber and telecommunications infrastructure projects. You will oversee proposals, bidding through execution, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera, HCSS, and MS Office. A valid driver's license is required; we offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Primavera, HCSS, and related PM software
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead a phase of a large, complex project or oversee multiple large projects in fiber/telecom infrastructure.
• Manage projects from proposal and bidding through execution and closeout, ensuring client satisfaction, safety, quality, schedule and budget performance.
• Coordinate scope, risk, and communications with stakeholders; mentor project team and drive problem-solving and decision-making.
