Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large fiber and telecommunications infrastructure projects from bidding through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety while ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of related experience, advanced project management skills, and proficiency with Primavera/HCSS. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a phase of a large complex project or multiple large-scale projects from proposal and bidding through execution and closeout.
• Ensure client satisfaction, safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Lead fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure projects including OSP construction and related systems.
• Demonstrate organized leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
