Job summary

Premier Fence LLC in Massachusetts is expanding its project delivery team and seeks experienced candidates capable of managing fencing, gate, and guardrail projects.

You will create stock lists, apply installation knowledge, and lead project teams as a General Contractor or Subcontractor, with projects mainly in the Greater New England area.

The role emphasizes safety, meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in construction (civil preferred, fence or guardrail).
• Pass pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana included).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and foster teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all types of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects.
• Create detailed stock lists based on job requirements.
• Apply knowledge of installation equipment and construction methods.
• Manage projects as a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Ensure safety in all project activities.
• Projects are primarily in the Greater New England area.
• Manage projects from basic installations to high-security installations.
• Maintain a high-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effectively manage time and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
