Job summary

Premier Fence, LLC is seeking an experienced Fence Installation Foreman to lead our field crews in Massachusetts and New England. You will supervise daily installations, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time project completion.

Qualifications

5+ years of fence installation experience.
Experience installing wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental fencing.
Foreman or field leadership experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, layouts, plans, and specifications.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL a plus.
DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside the crew on daily fence installation projects.
Install fencing systems (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, specialty).
Organize daily field activities; keep crew productive and on schedule.
Ensure installations meet Premier Fence standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, plans, and project specs.
Communicate professionally with customers and project managers.
Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials; enforce safety procedures.
