Job summary

Premier Fence, LLC is seeking an experienced Fence Installation Foreman to lead from the front, organize the jobsite, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Premier Fence's quality standards.

You will train and mentor crew members, read blueprints, communicate with customers and Project Managers, and maintain equipment and materials while traveling to varied Massachusetts and New England sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fence installation experience.
• Experience installing wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental fencing.
• Foreman or field leadership experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on construction and mechanical skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train, and hold a crew accountable.
• Experience safely operating power tools and construction equipment.
• Read layouts, plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; CDL a plus.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to lift approximately 75 lbs. and work outdoors.
• Meet pre-employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside your crew on daily fence installation projects.
• Install fencing systems including wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, and specialty fencing.
• Organize daily field activities and keep crew productive and on schedule.
• Ensure installations meet Premier Fence standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, plans, and project specifications.
• Communicate professionally with customers at the jobsite.
• Keep Project Managers informed of progress and issues.
• Identify and solve field challenges quickly and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure jobsites.
• Operate power tools, augers, skid steers, and other equipment.
• Complete accurate daily project paperwork.
