Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Enterprise IT Service Desk operations for federal contracts, coordinating contractor leadership with Government stakeholders. You will develop and maintain PMP/Transition plans, monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensure security clearances, and drive continuous service improvements across Tier 0–3 support and cybersecurity teams.

Requirements include 10+ years in federal IT operations, a Bachelor’s degree, Active Secret clearance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Active Secret Clearance required for federal work.
PMP Certification required; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Proven experience managing large IT support contracts and multi-functional teams.
Experience developing project artifacts (schedules, risk logs, communication plans).
Strong SLAs, performance reporting, and customer engagement track record.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all task order operations, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and service desk activities.
Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan and transition plans.
Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs; implement corrective actions.
Ensure personnel maintain required security clearances and compliance with government policies.
Lead risk management, issue resolution, escalation, and continuous service improvement.
