Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager/Estimator – Industrial Plumbing is responsible for leading large-scale industrial plumbing projects from start to finish, managing teams, coordinating resources, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage project teams, and ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships and communication.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Review project plans and specifications for bidding and estimating purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification preferred; electrical licenses such as Master Plumber License are a plus.
  • 7-10 years of project management experience in industrial plumbing.
  • Strong understanding of industrial plumbing systems, design, and maintenance.
Physical and Travel Requirements
  • Ability to work on-site at industrial facilities, including physical activities like standing and climbing ladders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours to meet project deadlines.
