You will map business processes to technology, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in CRM/MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• AAS or BS/BA in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems; or equivalent
• Five years of experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
• Experience with CRM, MRP or ERP systems
• Familiarity with TL 9000 or similar standards

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, schedule, execute and track project timelines and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams by coordinating people and processes to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time
• Understand business processes and map them to technology solutions
• Communicate project status to all team members and stakeholders
• Ensure project expenditures align with the engineering budget
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies
• Maintain company standards and methodologies on all projects
• Estimate schedules and budgets from high-level requirements
• Track and report on objectives and key results
• Create and maintain project documentation and notes
• Train and mentor teams on project management processes
