Amphenol Network Solutions, headquartered in Liberty Lake, WA, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects meet schedule and results.

You will map business processes to technology solutions and communicate status to stakeholders. This role requires at least five years of experience managing mechanical, electrical, or software engineering projects in production, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• AAS or BS/BA in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems; or equivalent
• Minimum five years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a production environment
• Familiarity with TL 9000 or similar standards and processes
• Experience with CRM, MRP or ERP systems; ability to map processes to technology

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, schedule, execute and track project timelines and budgets from inception through production ramp
• Lead cross-functional teams by coordinating people and processes to ensure timely delivery
• Map business processes to technology solutions and communicate status to stakeholders
• Ensure project expenditures align with the engineering budget
• Identify and manage project risks, contingencies and mitigation strategies
• Maintain company standards and methodologies on projects
• Estimate project schedules and budgets from high-level requirements
• Track and report on objectives and key results in line with company direction
• Create and maintain project documentation and notes
• Train and mentor teams on ANS project management processes
