• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan including scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Manage subcontractors, changes, and contract requirements with effective approvals.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Serve as primary client/agency interface and communicate progress to stakeholders.
