What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple workstreams within the Clinical Excellence program to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Implement strategies to achieve program objectives while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical staff, to facilitate effective communication and project execution
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success
- Track and report on project performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role within the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, driving projects from initiation to completion
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of project teams and stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role within the healthcare industry
- Experience collaborating with clinicians/clinical teams and technical/IT teams
- Familiarity with cloud hosting or working on projects with cloud-based solutions
- Proficient in various project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.)
