Job summary

Booth & Associates, LLC is a consulting engineering firm providing engineering, surveying and project management services to the utility industry. A qualified Project Manager will bridge project teams, cross-functional groups, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure clear communication on deliverables, schedules, costs and meeting plans for a specific client project.

Responsibilities include defining scope, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, vendor management and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• A degree from a university or a project management certificate (PMP) or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of project management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proficient in business writing and have an excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on a consistent basis.
• Assign tasks to team members and communicate expected deliverables.
• Support and contribute to a safety culture and follow safety standards.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers; communicate deliverables.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead meetings and take detailed notes.
• Serve as primary client contact addressing inquiries and requests.
