Job summary

Qualifications

• A university degree or PMP certificate (or equivalent).
• 4-7 years of project management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proficient in business writing and have excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on a consistent basis.
• Assign tasks to team members and communicate expected deliverables.
• Support and maintain a strong safety culture and practices.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers and communicate deliverables.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead meetings and take detailed notes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate with technical leads to ensure alignment.
• Identify risks and implement proactive measures to ensure continuity.
