Job summary

Zachry Nuclear Engineering, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Engineer/Manager with deep experience in design engineering, project management and client relations to lead complex client initiatives at nuclear facilities.

You will coordinate from early concept through design, procurement and field execution, ensuring safety, budgets, schedules and contractual commitments are met, with travel to client sites and willingness to obtain security clearances.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• 10+ years in design engineering, project management and client relations.
• Experience with plant procedures, budget analysis and forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Office; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project status including budget, schedule and scope changes.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met and manage contract changes.
• Review invoices and facilitate payments.
• Coordinate training and communicate client processes to staff.
• Prepare project plans, budgets and schedules and control scope.
• Travel to client sites and perform walk-downs of equipment.
