Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive engineered-to-order and custom projects from order handoff to shipment. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales, ensuring schedule adherence, scope control, and quality results.

The role requires strong project leadership, risk management, and communication skills to meet complex customer requirements in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field and 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record handling engineered-to-order or complex customer projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and sales.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and project controls.
• PM certifications (PMP) are a plus and helpful for governance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from scoping through closeout.
• Develop integrated project plans and schedules covering all phases.
• Manage schedules with critical path methodologies and track milestones.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.
