Job summary

CSG Talent is recruiting a Senior Project Manager / Senior Water Engineer to join a leading global engineering consultancy in St. Louis, MO. This role focuses on growing the municipal water practice, delivering critical infrastructure, and mentoring teams.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license with 10–20+ years in municipal water/wastewater consulting, strong leadership, and client-facing experience to develop business and manage complex projects.

CSG Talent is partnering with a leading global engineering consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager / Senior Water Engineer to join and help grow its municipal water practice in St. Louis, Missouri.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PE with a strong background in municipal water and wastewater consulting who enjoys leading projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring teams while delivering critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and construction.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, schedules, budgets and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal clients across the region.
• Support business development, proposals, capture strategies and project pursuits.

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (PE) licence.
• 10-20+ years of consulting experience within municipal water infrastructure.
• Strong background in water/wastewater treatment, conveyance and/or water resources.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets and schedules.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to develop and grow business.
• Strong communication, leadership and technical writing skills.
