Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. (MES) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America from Houston, TX.

You will oversee planning, procurement, field execution, and closeout while driving safety, quality, and budget adherence. Responsibilities include directing teams, managing resources, and cultivating strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication.

Competenze

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with hiring, training and developing employees
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
