Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple energy and infrastructure construction projects from Dallas, TX.

You will ensure profitable, on-schedule delivery while guiding teams and coordinating resources across disciplines. The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in pipeline or heavy civil projects, a related bachelor's degree, strong leadership, client relations, and travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.
