Job Overview
The Senior Project Manager will partner with department leadership to manage the quality and schedule performance of projects and programs within the energy and utilities organization. The Senior Project Manager reports directly to the Associate Vice President and will be responsible for providing oversight, direction and coaching to project management teams. This position requires at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in project management, engineering design and/or construction management in the electric and gas utility industry.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to perform the tasks needed to lead the team. This job requires a high energy level with a focus on supporting estimating and providing leadership on bid package development, planning, directing, or coordinating activities concerned with the engineering design and project management for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects related to transmission and distribution lines, substations, compressor stations, pipelines, and other gas and electric facilities and systems.
