Qualifications

• Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering design.
• 10+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater.
• Demonstrated selling and proposal development successes.

• Network with clients to define projects and proposals.
• Build and mentor engineering teams.
