LJA Surveying seeks a Project Manager to oversee the Denver Survey department's daily operations, managing survey technicians and support staff. The role focuses on budgets, client relations, and business development within a dynamic, employee-owned firm.

Candidates should have 10 years in the industry, 5 years of project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. Midstream experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional surveyor required.
• Significant industry experience (10+ years) and project leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in midstream projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Denver Survey department staff.
• Oversee budgets, client relations, and business development.
• Coordinate with project managers on timeframes, budgets and staffing.
• Assist in developing project proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Utilize AutoCAD and related software as needed.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure project objectives are met.
