Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Project Manager who will oversee a broad mix of technical projects, combining electrical engineering, project estimating, and operations execution for power and HVAC temporary power solutions. You will lead multi-site projects, coordinate vendors and resources, and ensure contracts are executed efficiently within the PMO framework.

The role requires experience across project lifecycles, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with

Qualifications

• Five+ years in industrial electric equipment field operations.
• Three+ years in electrical systems design/engineering.
• Three+ years in project management (PMP a plus).
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals, prints, plans, schematics.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
• Attend, plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to determine scope.
• Perform jobsite visits to support quoting and execution.
• Determine equipment and services needs to generate project quotes.
• Plan and coordinate project-related operations for successful execution.
• Determine and manage project quality and reporting measures.
• Generate project documents (plans, budgets, logs, reports, lessons learned).
• Communicate progress and status data to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Assist management staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
