Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Project Manager to lead multifaceted projects involving load banks, electrical generation, and distribution for temporary power and testing solutions. You will manage quotes, contracts, and PMO-related activities across the US and abroad while coordinating logistics and vendor relations.

The role requires strong technical background, ability to read engineering documents, and travel ~50% with a focus on delivering value to customers and Sunbelt.

Qualifications

• At least five years of industrial electric equipment field operations experience.
• At least three years of electrical systems design or engineering.
• At least three years of project management experience (PMP cert. is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to various stakeholders.
• Attend, plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to determine the scope of work.
• Perform jobsite visits to support quoting and execution.
• Determine equipment and services needed to generate project quotes.
• Plan and coordinate project operations for successful execution.
• Determine and manage project quality and reporting measures.
• Generate project documentation (plans, budgets, reports, etc.).
• Ensure timely communications to stakeholders about project progress.
