Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical equipment projects across the United States and internationally. You will apply PMO governance, oversee quotes, contracts, and resource coordination, and ensure on-time delivery of power and HVAC solutions.

Strong leadership and technical know-how are essential to coordinate vendors, schedules, and communications. The role requires 5+ years in industrial electric equipment operations, 3+ years in electrical

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industrial electric equipment field operations experience.
• Three+ years of electrical systems design or engineering.
• Three+ years of project management experience (PMP a plus).
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, prints and schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel about 50% and pass security screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders across projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal and external teams.
• Gather and document project requirements to define scope.
• Perform site visits to enable accurate quoting and execution.
• Determine equipment and service needs for project quotes.
• Coordinate operations for successful project execution and delivery.
• Develop project documentation: plans, budgets, logs, reports, lessons learned.
• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders and PMO.
