Job summary

Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction across the Southern U.S.

This full-time, onsite role requires directing planning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders; manage subcontractors and vendors; and maintain open communication with owners, design teams, field leadership, and stakeholders for

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and change orders.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, controls, QA, and safety requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and travel throughout the Southern United States.
• Ability to manage long-term projects from planning through closeout.

About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects throughout the Southern U.S. This is a full-time, onsite position suited for a construction leader who can manage complex project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, monitor schedules and costs, and maintain strong communication with owners, design teams, field leadership, and other stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multi-year projects with significant scope and responsibility.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
