Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Lakewood, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; or Phoenix, AZ offices to lead Earth & Environment projects. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure QA/QC across the project lifecycle.

You will develop project deliverables, engage in client communications, and drive risk management and profitability while adhering to WSP’s safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
• Essential project management certification (PMP, CAP-M) is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant post-education experience in project management within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams of technical professionals and SMEs to execute project work including budgets, hours, expenses, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Lead development of project proposals, costs, scopes, schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs; drive technical reviews and QA/QC adherence.
• Maintain records of reviews and correspondence; mentor project team members.
