Job summary

Propeller, a Summit, NJ-based digital healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead pharma and medical device digital projects from initiation through completion. You will mentor a team of Digital Project Managers and partner with brand leaders to deliver on time and within budget.

In this client-facing leadership role, you will drive roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and ensure quality across websites, emails, banners, and iVAs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a project management role.
• Ability to run large scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing websites, iVAs, banners, and emails.
• Client-facing leadership role experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and priorities across assigned brands.
• Create roadmaps and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Own full lifecycle of projects from initiation to submission.
• Lead status meetings and communicate with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with brand leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver assets.
• Mentor and develop assigned project managers.
• Optimize resource utilization and control costs.
