• 5–10 years of experience in a project management role.

• Experience with project scope and profitability.
• Proficiency with PM software such as Ziflow, Smartsheets, and Workfront.
• Agile experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and priorities across brands; drive decisions with brand leaders and stakeholders.
• Create roadmaps and plans; oversee day-to-day cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Own full lifecycle from initiation to final submission; ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate deliverables, and report status to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver assets aligned with goals.
• Analyze workflows and mitigate risks; improve efficiency and cost avoidance.
• Evaluate new PM tools and maintain workflow diagrams and training materials.
