Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a project management role.
• Ability to run large scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing projects including websites, iVAs, banners, and emails.
• Client-facing leadership experience and profitability focus.
• Proficiency with Ziflow, Smartsheets and Workfront; Agile a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and priorities across brands, driving results with leadership and stakeholders.
• Create roadmaps and oversee day-to-day cross-functional team operations in agile processes.
• Own full lifecycle from initiation to final submission and ensure timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate resources, clear roadblocks, and escalate issues to senior management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of the project management team.
