Job summary

CannonDesign in St. Louis seeks a project manager to lead and mentor teams, advancing design quality and delivering projects on time and on budget.

You will manage client relations, budgets, and schedules while applying CannonDesign methods, coordinating with design leaders, and ensuring QA/QC across projects. This senior role requires 6+ years of experience with RevIt, MS Project, Deltek Vision, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a relevant field.
• Must be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• LEED accreditation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor client relationships to drive opportunities.
• Communicate design, construction, and issues clearly to clients.
• Develop partnering with the client early in engagements for clarity on roles and decisions.
• Manage project documentation and participate in key meetings/presentations.
• Oversee work plan, budget, and schedule using MS Project and Deltek Vision.
• Coordinate design/documentation and ensure QA/QC standards.
