Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee field delivery of data center infrastructure across multiple sites. You will drive schedules, budgets, safety, and quality while coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires managing large field teams, extensive travel, and a strong background in mission-critical environments, structured cabling, and fiber infrastructure. A bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience supporting telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, or data center construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple crews and large distributed field teams.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and customer-facing project delivery.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, forecasting, budgets, and project controls.
• Ability to travel extensively and support long-duration deployments.
• Ability to pass client-required background screening, drug testing, and site onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects.
• Manage field operations, schedules, budgets, resources, and project risks.
• Coordinate activities between customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment of technicians, leads, engineers, documentation specialists, and support personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, productivity metrics, earned value, and milestone completion.
• Conduct customer meetings, progress reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, customer requirements, quality programs, and site procedures.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, issue resolution, and escalation activities.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, badging, travel logistics, and resource forecasting.
• Review installation quality, testing documentation, punch-list items, and project closeout packages.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Overview

TeleWorld Solutions (TWS) is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support large-scale data center construction and infrastructure deployment programs throughout the United States. The Senior Project Manager will oversee field execution, workforce mobilization, client coordination, project controls, quality assurance, safety compliance, and delivery performance across multiple concurrent data center sites.

This role requires a strong background in mission-critical environments, structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, low-voltage systems, and large-scale field team management. The position is expected to travel extensively and support multi-state deployments.

• Experience supporting nationwide field operations.
