Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking Data Center Technicians to support large-scale data center construction and infrastructure deployments across the United States. You will assist with installation, labeling, testing, documentation, and QA of fiber optic and structured cabling in mission-critical environments.

This role requires extensive travel, physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strict adherence to safety and site onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel extensively and work assigned shifts.
• OSHA 10 Certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass client-required background screening, drug testing, and site onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, secure, and label fiber optic and copper cabling.
• Install cable pathways, racks, cabinets, ladder racks, and related infrastructure.
• Perform cable terminations and basic testing activities.
• Assist with fiber splicing, fiber testing, and cable certification activities.
• Read and follow drawings, cable schedules, rack elevations, and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate installation records and daily production reporting.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, customer requirements, and site onboarding protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support project milestones and production goals.

TeleWorld Solutions (TWS) is seeking Data Center Technicians to support large-scale data center construction and infrastructure deployments. Technicians will assist with installation, testing, labeling, documentation, and quality assurance of fiber optic and structured cabling systems in mission-critical environments.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in developing long-term careers within the data center industry and requires extensive travel throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, secure, and label fiber optic and copper communication cabling.
• Install cable pathways, racks, cabinets, ladder racks, and related infrastructure.
• Perform cable terminations and basic testing activities.
• Assist with fiber splicing, fiber testing, and cable certification activities.
• Read and follow drawings, cable schedules, rack elevations, and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate installation records and daily production reporting.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, customer requirements, and site access protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support project milestones and production goals.

Required

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 10 Certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to travel extensively and work assigned shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely.
• Ability to work on ladders, elevated platforms, and in active construction environments.
• Ability to pass client-required background screening, drug testing, and site onboarding requirements.

Preferred

• Data center or structured cabling experience.
• Fiber optic installation experience.
• Experience with cable management systems and pathway installations.
• OEM training or manufacturer certifications.
• Familiarity with mission-critical environments.
• Possession of basic hand tools and PPE
