Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience; critical infrastructure expertise with UPS, thermal, battery and monitoring is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction, electrical and mechanical contracting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize standard project management tools to manage projects effectively within quality, budget, and schedule targets.
• Define and obtain resources; collaborate with functional leaders to develop project organization.
• Coordinate with order management, production, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty groups to avoid conflicts.
• Engage with jobsite and field resources to communicate schedule, budget, and scope; visit sites for relationship building.
• Escalate issues impacting project success and communicate with stakeholders; lead effective meetings and presentations.
• Follow reporting and tracking programs to ensure project targets are met.
• Manage financial performance: create budgets, track spends and maintain margins.
• Promote a culture of safety; host periodic safety meetings for each project.
