Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout.

This role reports to the Program Manager and supervises project managers, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule and budget across Fort Worth sites. You will partner on RFI/RFP processes, engage with clients, and serve as a key client-facing leader throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in the power, oil & gas, data center and / or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

• Leads the successful delivery of multiple complex projects from initiation through closeout.
• Provides leadership to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Coordinates project kick-offs and reviews contracts.
• Manages budget development and cash flow and reports to executives.
