Bednark Studio, Inc. is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead custom fabrication projects from scope through delivery and closeout. You will balance client service, production execution, and budget management while coordinating diverse teams to bring projects from concept to completion.

PMs may oversee $2M–$4.5M+ annual volume and manage projects from $250K to $1.5M, with emphasis on clear communication and efficient shop processes across levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in custom fabrication, experiential production, or related environments.
• Ability to read, interpret, and redline technical drawings.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day client communication and act as primary contact throughout the project.
• Coordinate production across draftspeople, designers, fabricators, and subcontractors.
• Develop production plans balancing goals, budgets, and shop capabilities.
• Maintain project documentation including estimates, scope changes, and schedules.
• Oversee quality control and manage change orders.
