Qualifications

• Requires Doctorate with 2+ years PM experience or equivalent combinations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Background in change control, project controls, and capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, completion and follow-up for department-level projects.
• Balance competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks to meet milestones.
• Establish and achieve standards for work quality and quantity.
• Assess issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality and client goals.
• Maintain master project plans and schedules across initiatives.
• Prepare formal presentations and reports for required forums.
• Coordinate with management and leaders to gather input and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs relevant to responsibilities.
