U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across CSC operations, including 24-Hour Banking and contact center projects. You will build integrated plans, coordinate multiple workstreams, and drive governance with senior leaders.

Role requires working from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week. Visa sponsorship is not provided; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and project documentation.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and working groups across CSC operations, contact center, and technical teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and influence partners across functions to move initiatives forward.
• Facilitate decision-making, status reviews, and governance forums.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, exceptions, dependencies, and escalations.
• Create clear project narratives, executive-level updates, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Present progress, decisions, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and lead related discussions.
• Work across traditional PM and Agile environments; support implementation, readiness or training.
