Job summary

Tulane University Medical Group (TUMG) seeks a Project Manager III to independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives aligning clinical, operational, and financial goals. You will partner with physicians, TUMG leadership, administrators, and external partners to drive projects from conception to evaluation, owning the delivery and outcomes.

The role requires advanced project management, analytical rigor, and strong communication to executives and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of related experience is required.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent with nine (9) years of related experience is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and evaluation.
• Identify risks and opportunities; translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Communicate complex operational, financial, and analytical information effectively to executives, physicians, administrators, and staff.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
