Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline with 11+ years in project administration; 5+ years in project management.
• Strong understanding of PM processes, scheduling and budget management.
• Hands-on Earned Value Management System experience.
• Ability to initiate, plan and manage projects; analyze data; strong communication and leadership.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Create project plan and manage resources to meet schedule, budget, quality and specs.
• Oversee and monitor schedule, timelines, and milestones to meet delivery goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services.
• Assign and monitor work of project management staff, providing direction.
• Interpret and apply policies impacting project activities.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate across management to expand services and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations.
• Identify issues and develop solutions to meet productivity and customer goals.
• Provide leadership and communicate expectations to team and stakeholders.
• Participate in or lead segments of the RFP process as needed.
