Job summary

Meade is a full-service design firm seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex engineering and construction projects with MEP components. The role targets strong project leaders who can align technical teams, manage milestones, and deliver client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in multi-discipline environments, PMP preferred, and experience with Procore or Teamwork. Office-based in Tempe, AZ with competitive compensation and Meade benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams and external partners
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering and construction projects with MEP components
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Review design documentation for compliance with project requirements
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions
• Lead client and internal meetings to drive decisions and progress
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards are met
• Support procurement activities and vendor evaluations
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff
• Maintain project records and reporting
