Qualifications

• Significant experience as a PM/Producer in live, virtual or hybrid events.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across design, video, AV and vendors.
• Experience building and maintaining detailed production schedules and run-of-show docs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management for 40+ donor and community events annually across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, run-of-show docs, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, scope and trade-offs; flag risks and dependencies early.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with program goals.
