Job summary

CELLA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-workstream creative production for donor and community events within a large national organization. You will coordinate across environmental design, design, video, photo, AV, and vendors to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget for 40+ events annually.

The role focuses on cross-team collaboration, timeline management, and risk mitigation, supporting the events creative function while enabling the creative lead to focus

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Project Manager in live, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across design, video, AV and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream events and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for creative elements of donor and community events (40+ per year).
• Coordinate across environmental design, design, video, photo, AV, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and run-of-show documents.
• Manage budgets and surface trade-offs when budgets change.
• Serve as central point of contact across stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment.
