Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Global Quality & Operations PMO and lead strategic initiatives that drive scalable, predictable, and efficient growth across the organization.

This role will manage a pipeline of Cost Reduction projects, including sterilization optimization, production capacity and throughput improvements, process automation, data and systems initiatives, and scrap reduction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage project charters, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality plans, stakeholder strategies, communication plans, and governance.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with work breakdown structures and milestones.
• Coordinate requirements, manage scope, and drive decision-making across the project lifecycle.
• Identify, secure, and coordinate cross-functional resources and provide performance feedback.
