Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Global Quality & Operations PMO. You will lead a pipeline of cost reduction projects, including sterilization optimization, capacity improvements, automation, data initiatives, and scrap reduction.

You will manage charters, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams. Travel is minimal; the role offers hybrid work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of project management, engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage charters, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and governance.
• Create detailed plans with WBS, critical path, milestones, and stakeholder strategies.
• Identify resources, manage tradeoffs, and drive decisions throughout the lifecycle.
