Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Workplace Interiors to lead diverse interior projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of continuous PM experience in corporate interiors, proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, and strong presentation and communication skills.

You will coordinate with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with NYC/IBC codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Understanding NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, and base building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements.
• Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants.
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review.
• Prepare consultant RFPs.
• Generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all phases of project.
• Oversee project production and staffing projections.
• Final red-line review of construction documents.
• Overall review of consultant documents.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, invoicing and collections.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Coordinate bidding process and bid analysis.
• General coordination and management of the project team.
• Project close-out and sign-off.

Our client is an award-winning provider of innovative design solutions. Headquartered in New York City with satellite offices in Long Island, the firm works locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

They currently have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Project Manager with more than 10 years of continuous corporate workplace experience for their New York City office to lead diverse projects for their practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFP’s and attend new business presentations
• Calculate and track man / hour projections and project fees
• Generate contractual agreements
• Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review
• Prepare consultant RFP’s
• Generate project budgets and schedules
• Prime client interface during all phases of project

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors
• A working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong presentation skills

• A strong understanding and experience with NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure.

The projected Annual Salary Range for this role is: $120K to $160K. Position is full time, hybrid and includes a comprehensive benefits plan.
