Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Workplace Interiors in New York City. You will lead diverse interior projects from inception to close, interfacing with clients, real estate teams, landlords, and consultants.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of continuous corporate interior PM experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and working knowledge of NYC/IBC codes; Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; MA a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management in Corporate Workplace Interiors.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD; strong NYC/IBC code knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Respond to RFPs and attend new business presentations.
• Calculate and track man-hour projections and project fees.
• Generate contractual agreements and interface with clients, real estate teams, landlords and consultants.
• Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review.
• Prepare consultant RFPs and generate project budgets and schedules.
• Prime client interface during all project phases and oversee staffing projections.
• Conduct final red-line reviews of construction documents and overall consultant documents.
• Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, invoices and collections.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate bidding processes.
