Vogrinc Search Group in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Design Professional for Corporate Interiors. Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office) with extensive client interaction and leadership of a design team.

You will develop programs, create 3D concepts, and coordinate with vendors and consultants on complex interior projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in corporate interiors, expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, and can render with Enscape and AI tools.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of continuous design experience in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create photo-realistic renderings with Enscape and AI tools.
• Experience specifying systems and ancillary furniture.
• Understanding of schematic design, design development and contract documents.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with client throughout the design phase.
• Oversee design team and review project deliverables.
• Develop preliminary programs of requirements and space standards.
• Create test-fits, schematic planning, program analysis and code analysis.
• Prepare design scope budgets and budget analyses.
• Develop 3D design concepts including lighting and FF&E.
• Coordinate design requirements with client, consultant and project team.
• Organize, prepare and attend design presentations.
• Select and specify furniture, finishes, and accessories; lead showroom tours.
• Prepare furniture bid documents and analyze responses.
• Review furniture dealer specifications.
• Coordinate design development package for construction documents.
• Prepare millwork details and coordination drawings.
• Review engineering documents for design intent.
• Assist in construction bid analysis and value engineering.
• Review shop drawings / submittals for design intent.
• Periodically visit project site during construction.
• Attend business presentations and assist in scripting presentations.
