With our growing portfolio of AAA titles and indie darlings, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager who thrives in chaos, champions clarity, and knows Asana like the back of their hand.

The Role:

You’ll be the anchor in a sea of creative possibility, leading cross-functional teams across design, capture, editorial, and strategy. Your primary tool? Asana. Your mission? Deliver work that’s on time, on brief, and on point.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple campaigns and game launches
• Build and maintain detailed Asana project boards, templates, and workflows for internal and client-facing initiatives
• Ensure all team members—from editors to art directors—are aligned on priorities, deadlines, and dependencies
• Act as the communication bridge between creative and account teams, flagging blockers and proposing proactive solutions
• Support the creation of workback schedules, scopes, and production calendars
• Drive process improvements in how we use Asana—automations, tagging systems, reporting views, and resource allocation
• Anticipate challenges before they become problems; push for clarity and accountability at every step
• Lead internal meetings, stand-ups, and client syncs as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency or game/entertainment studio
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in Asana —you can build complex workflows in your sleep
• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable juggling multiple timelines and personalities
• Strong communicator—clear, calm, and assertive
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and unafraid to make calls under pressure
• Experience managing creative workflows (video, design, motion graphics, etc.) is a major plus
• Bonus: Familiarity with Slack, Frame.io, Figma, and other collaborative tools
