Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners, on behalf of a leading energy infrastructure company, seeks a tenured Project Manager to grow the Water/Wastewater unit in Central Valley, CA. You will drive projects from contract execution through design, specs, drawings, construction, and commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in wastewater project delivery, PE license preferred, and strong leadership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design/engineering/construction project delivery.
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and infrastructure.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract execution through commissioning of wastewater projects.
• Oversee engineering design, including preparation of specifications and drawings.
• Manage large, complex construction programs in water/wastewater.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams.

We're partnered with a leading energy infrastructure business that's delivering complex engineering and construction projects across the commercial and public sectors. They are looking for a tenured Project Manager to support the growth of their Water/Wastewater business unit. This is a high-impact Snr PM role from contract execution, through engineering design including preparation of specifications and drawings, construction and final commissioning of the project.

It is critical that this individual has experience managing large, complex construction projects in the water/wastewater market.

Location: Central Valley, CA

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design/engineering/construction project delivery
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and infrastructure
• Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience:

• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Familiarity with Procore or construction management platforms
