Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience on large projects.

• Diplomatic, firm leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget updates and Cost-to-Complete forecasting.
• Coordinate Oracle with Expedition and track field costs.
• Prepare and present monthly Change Orders and Owner changes.
• Lead Close-out, noncompliance, and quality processes.
• Oversee Schedule of Values and payments to subs.
• Maintain project logs and risk management processes.
• Lead team meetings and ensure timely updates.
